近年、リチウムイオン電池を内蔵した機器（モバイルバッテリー、スマートフォン、タブレット等）において、発熱・発煙・発火の事例が国内外で報告されています。すべてのお客様の安心・安全のため、客室内での電子機器充電に際し、以下の通りご協力をお願い申しあげます。
モバイルバッテリーおよび電子機器の充電に関するご協力のお願い

モバイルバッテリー、スマートフォン、タブレット等、リチウムイオン電池内蔵の電子機器
[お願い事項]
・火災などの万一の事態を避けるため、客室を離れる際やご就寝中の充電はお控えください。
・外出時は必ずコンセントからプラグを抜いてください。
・充電は、お客様ご自身で常時状態を確認できる場所で行ってください。
・直射日光の当たる窓際やベッド・シーツ・カーテン等の可燃性素材の上での充電はご遠慮ください。
・購入国での認証マーク（日本国内はPSEマーク）等で安全性が確認された製品・純正品等をご使用ください。
・傷、膨張、異臭、過度な発熱などの異常がある製品は使用しないでください。
・異常を感じた場合は、直ちに充電を中止し、フロントまでご連絡ください。
※客室清掃時に上記に該当する状態が確認された場合、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの移動、もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

Notice Regarding Charging of Mobile Batteries and Electronic Devices
Thank you for staying with us. In recent years, incidents involving devices with lithium-ion batteries (such as mobile batteries, smartphones, and tablets) have been reported, including overheating, smoke, and fire. To ensure the safety of all guests, please follow the guidelines below when charging devices in your room.

Mobile batteries, smartphones, tablets, and other devices containing lithium-ion batteries, as well as their charging
[Precautions]
To prevent fires and other emergencies, please refrain from charging devices when you are away from your room or while sleeping.
Please unplug your device from the outlet when leaving the room.
Charge devices only where you can regularly monitor their condition.
Do not charge in the following locations:
Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
On flammable surfaces such as beds, sheets, or curtains
Use products with certified safety marks (e.g., the PSE mark in Japan) or genuine products whose safety has been verified.
Do not use devices showing abnormalities such as damage, swelling, unusual odor, or excessive heat.
If you notice anything unusual, stop charging immediately and contact the front desk.
If housekeeping finds any of the above situations during cleaning, they may stop charging or move your mobile battery for safety reasons.
