昨今のニュースでも報道されておりますとおり、一部の海外予約サイトにおいてホテルの空室枠が不正に転売され、正しい部屋タイプや日程でお部屋が確保されないトラブルが発生しております。

当館でも直接契約のない海外予約サイト（AGODA等）において、同様のトラブルが発生しております。
ご予約の際は、十分にご注意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

海外予約サイトご利用のお客様よりご予約のキャンセル・返金・変更手続きについてのお問い合わせも増加しております。
お客様がご予約されたサイトへ直接ご連絡いただく必要があり、ホテルではお手続きを承ることができかねます。

Notice: Important Alert Regarding Issues with Overseas Booking Sites

Recently, there have been reports in the media about issues involving certain overseas booking websites. Some of these sites have been found to improperly resell hotel room allocations, which may result in bookings not being secured for the correct room type or date.

Unfortunately, similar incidents have occurred with some overseas booking platforms (e.g. Agoda etc), which do not have a direct contract with our hotel. We kindly ask you to exercise extra caution when making reservations through such sites.

We have also seen an increase in inquiries from guests regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes for reservations made via overseas booking sites. Please note that these procedures must be handled directly through the site where the reservation was made; our hotel is unable to assist with these requests. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
